Here in FL I used the full 3.5 cups flour to start since the dough is too sticky otherwise.

#Ingredients

  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1tbsp oil

Stir

  • 3.5 cups flour

1st & 2nd Rise

  • 1st rise 1hr
  • Shape
  • 2nd rise 30 min

350 deg 30 min, let cool on wire rack.
